Our Authentication Process
1. Careful Sourcing
Each item is thoughtfully sourced from trusted, reputable sellers and platforms each of which have their own authentication process set up. We only select pieces that meet our standards for quality, condition, and authenticity before they are ever considered for sale.
2. In-House Authentication Review
Every bag is personally reviewed and authenticated in-house. We examine brand-specific details including materials, stitching, hardware, date codes, serials, stamps, construction, and overall craftsmanship. Each item is carefully inspected for signs of wear or notable details. All condition notes are clearly documented, and photos are considered part of the item description so you can shop with confidence.
3. Optional Third-Party Authentication
For additional peace of mind, customers may add a Certificate of Authenticity (COA) at checkout. We work with trusted independent authenticators such as Legit Grails, Real Authentication, and Zeko’s Authentication.
4. Secure Packing & Documentation
To protect both our customers and our business, all items are photographed and video-recorded during packing for security and insurance purposes before shipping from California.
5. Money Back Guarantee
In the rare event that an item is questioned, we’re here to help. If a customer believes an item may not be authentic, we will provide a return shipping label for the item to be reviewed by one of our approved third-party authentication partners.
- If the item is confirmed authentic, it will be returned to you with a Certificate of Authenticity (COA). A $25 authentication and return shipping fee applies in this case, and no refund is issued.
- If the item is found not authentic, a full refund will be issued.
