Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping is available within the United States only using USPS
  • Orders ship within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
  • Select ideal shipping time (Priority 2 day, USPS Ground, etc)
  • Signature required for all deliveries due to the nature of luxury goods

If you are unavailable to sign at delivery, you are responsible for coordinating redelivery with USPS.

Insurance (Optional but Recommended)

  • Insuring your order protects against loss or damage during transit
  • Orders shipped without insurance are not eligible for USPS claims

Tracking & Security

  • Tracking details are emailed once your order ships

  • To protect both our customers and our business, all items are photographed and video-recorded during packing for security and insurance purposes before shipping from California.
